**Installation Instructions**
1. Before installation, check if the pump fasteners are loose and ensure the pump body runner is not blocked by foreign objects to avoid damage during operation.
2. Install separate supports for the outlet pipe to prevent additional weight from affecting the pump.
3. The pump base for both movable and fixed installations must be level. After the base is ready, install the pump and use a level to check the horizontal and vertical alignment between the pump and motor shaft. Adjust the base height with iron shims if needed, then grout the base and anchor bolt holes with concrete.
4. When coupling is used, calibrate the levelness of the coupling device with a level. The horizontal tolerance should not exceed 0.1mm/m. Use a measuring gauge to check parallelism between the two coupling rods, ensuring it does not exceed 0.2mm/m.
5. Tighten the anchor bolts to prevent looseness between the bolts and concrete, which could affect the pump's performance when starting.
6. Install a regulating valve on the outlet pipe and a pressure gauge near the outlet to ensure normal operation within the rated performance range, extending the pump’s lifespan.
7. After installation, rotate the impeller from the suction side. If there is friction or the pump is stuck, disassemble and investigate the cause.
8. There are three types of pump installation: movable, fixed, and coupling.
