Application: The DVP series double stage vacuum transformer oil purifier is specifically designed for processing insulating oil of high voltage electrical equipment (especially for UHV insulating oil over 500KV) in workshops or the field, storage tanks, or drums. It adopts a double-stage vacuum source, double-stage vacuum dehydration and degasification vessels, and a three-stage precise filtration system. This enables the quick and effective removal of moisture, gas, particles, and other harmful substances from the oil, significantly improving the dry level and dielectric strength. Additionally, the DVP machine can be used for online oil treatment for transformers and vacuum drying and oil-pumping for electrical equipment. It is also applicable to EHV transmission and distribution equipment above 110KV, capacitor oil, cable oil, mutual inductor oil, etc. Features: 1. Horizontal double vacuum separation technology, doubling the evaporation area and degassing time. 2. Double-stage vacuum source and dehydration, degasification system with roots pump, enabling high-speed vacuum evacuation and ultimate vacuum ≤ 5Pa. 3. Multi-stage precise filtration system with gradually increasing precision, effectively removing mechanical impurities from the oil. 4. Automatic dual-infrared liquid level controller and pressure protector, ensuring long-term safe and reliable operation. 5. Automatic defoaming system with dual electronic monitoring, preventing foam ejection and gushing into the vacuum pump. 7. Advanced cooling system for the vacuum pump, reducing the frequency of oil replacement and extending the life of the vacuum pump. 8. Interlocked protective system connecting the oil pump, heater, and liquid level sensor, avoiding blank heating, blank pumping, oil leakage, and electrical leakage. Working Principle: The transformer oil is drawn into the system by the vacuum created by the vacuum system and passes through an inlet coalescing filter before entering the vacuum chamber. Here, water and gases contained in the oil are thoroughly exposed to vacuum through efficient dispersion and removed via vacuum pumping. The oil is then heated by the electrical heater to the operator-pre-set processing oil temperature. The sprayer inside the vacuum chamber maximizes the exposure of the oil to the effect of vacuum, causing moisture and gas dissolved in the oil to evaporate and be discharged through the vacuum pump. After dehydration and degasification, the purified oil is discharged by a pump through a second filter and fine filter, where fine polishing of the oil takes place.
