Product Introduction
1. The HW high-floor cement mortar pump is a compact fluid mixing and conveying equipment, widely used in the pumping of wet-mixed mortar and wall plastering for high-rise buildings, as well as in support lining construction for ground heating projects, tunnels, mines, and other underground engineering applications.
2. The HW model can pump fine aggregate concrete with particle sizes less than 25mm, offering low investment and operating costs. It is an ideal choice for construction projects. It utilizes an S-tube as a distribution valve, making it suitable for pumping larger aggregate concrete.
3. The hydraulic-driven mixing device ensures effective secondary mixing, which improves the pumping process. The glass plate and cutting ring are made with hard alloy material inlay, providing excellent wear resistance and a long service life.
4. The hydraulic system features an independent three-circuit electro-hydraulic control system, ensuring high reliability. The electrical control system includes return pressure control functionality, which helps prevent pipe blockage issues.
