Pump Overview

The 2BEA series water ring vacuum pumps are single-stage and single-acting units designed for handling gases that contain no solids or are only slightly soluble or insoluble in the working liquid. These pumps are widely used in industrial applications such as paper production, coal processing, pharmaceuticals, food processing, and metal manufacturing.

If the wetted parts of the pump are made from or coated with corrosion-resistant materials, it can also handle corrosive gases or use corrosive liquids as the working fluid, making it a versatile option for various environments.

Working Principle

2be Belt Driven Water Ring Vacuum Pump for Power Plant

Figure 1 illustrates the working principle of this vacuum pump. The impeller is mounted eccentrically within the nearly circular pump casing. As the impeller rotates in the direction shown in Figure 1, the liquid is thrown outward by centrifugal force, forming a liquid ring. This creates a crescent-shaped chamber between the impeller hub and the inner surface of the liquid ring. As the impeller rotates from point "A" to "B," the chamber area increases, creating a vacuum that draws gas in through the inlet port. When the rotation moves from point "C" to "A," the chamber area decreases, compressing the gas. Once the pressure reaches or exceeds the external pressure, the gas is discharged through the outlet port.

Interlacing Air Jet

The interlacing air jet is the core component of the Draw Texturing Machine. In air interlacing, an air blast is used to mechanically intermingle individual yarn filaments together. The resulting interlacing knots provide the required yarn compactness. This allows higher processing speeds, resulting in improved package build and a reduced number of filament and yarn breaks during subsequent processes.

In the production and inspection of products, we strictly control the quality of raw materials. Professional staff will strictly control the dimensional tolerance of products in the production process to ensure the consistency of products. Perfect and diverse detection methods allow us to detect defects in macro and micro aspects of product.
