Corn flakes are a popular breakfast cereal made using a twin-screw extruder. They can be served with milk, coffee, or marshmallows and are widely enjoyed by families. The corn flakes/crispy rice machinery is developed based on international advanced extruder technology, known as the corn flakes breakfast processing line. Its technology performance and quality meet international standards. This production line includes mixing, extrusion, flaking, drying, flavoring, and packing, all completed in one process. It is fully automatic and easy to operate. The raw material is corn and other grains, which should be dehulled and ground. Other cereal products such as Fruit Loops, Coco Krispies, and Cruncheroos can also be produced on this line.

1. Snacks Raw Materials:

Corn, rice, millet, wheat, oat, barley, etc., are used as ingredients. Please note that all materials should be in powder (flour) or grits form.

Various shapes such as ball, tube, stick, ring, fruit loop, star, wheel, flower, and heart shape can be achieved by adjusting the mold in the extruder.

4. Details & Features of Corn Flakes Plant:

1. Alloy (38CrMoAL) screw made by nitriding process, high strength and wear-resistant. Self-cleaning ability, no need to discharge or clean the barrel and screw when roasting or replacing materials.
2. Speed-adjusted converter on feeding system, extrusion system, and cutting system. Food-grade stainless steel twin-screw feeding machine ensures stable feeding throughout the food process.
3. Gearbox with automatic lubrication function, extending gear life.
4. Increased radiator on driving part for forced cooling effect, ensuring safe operation of the extruder.

Packaging & Shipping

1) All machines will be wrapped with plastic film first.
