The extruder is equipped with a special screw designed for PET, offering excellent mixing and separation properties to ensure uniform plasticization. It works efficiently with recycled PET flakes, mixed PET, or virgin PET material. The extruder also features a ratio-controlled feeding system for stable extrusion and consistent product quality.
It can produce different model products using one die and mold, with a hydraulic screen changer that prevents material leakage.
A static cooling roller replaces the traditional water tank, allowing the strap to cool at a constant temperature, which enhances the tensile strength of the final product.
After forming, the strap undergoes annealing treatment to eliminate residual stress from stretching, stabilizing molecular orientation and preventing distortion during storage.
The winder features a double working position and automatic metering system, making operation simple and coil changes convenient.
The entire system is controlled by centralized electrical control with PLC self-correcting functions, making the operation smooth and user-friendly.
