Conditions in furnace are always tough alone with high temperature and high pressure. Limited to the requirements of operation environment and instrument`s structure, thermocouple thermometry would result in inaccurate measurement and lag reaction when works in harsh condition such as frequently temperature changes, large pressure fluctuations and event in vibration.
Since a thermocouple works at the high temperature ( usually 1200 ℃ ~ 1300 ℃) in furnace for long term, the thermocouple junction box also works at high temperature between 100 ℃ to 120 ℃, which will dramatically reduce instrument`s service life to a range from few weeks to few months. It will increases use-cost and maintenance workload.

Pressure regulators are essential for gas welding and cutting applications. Since the pressure inside gas cylinders is much higher than what is needed for these tasks, a pressure reducer is used to lower the high-pressure gas to a stable, low-pressure level. This ensures consistent performance and safety during use.

3) The main body is made from high-quality brass, while the upper cover is crafted from aluminum alloy with a spray finish. A 60mm pressure gauge comes with an external relief valve and a sintered bronze filter at the air inlet.
Different Types and Models of Regulators
1. The SJ7-1O pressure reducer is constructed from brass. It features a two-stage pressure relief system consisting of a valve jack, pressure regulating spring, elastic membrane device, and pressure relief door. The first stage reduces the high-pressure gas to medium pressure (around 2 MPa), which then enters the second stage for further reduction.
In the second stage, adjusting the pressure regulating screw controls the opening and closing of the pressure reducing valve via the pressure spring, elastic membrane assembly, and valve jack rod, allowing precise control over the oxygen flow.
2. The QD-1 type pressure reducer has an inlet joint thread size of 315.875mm, with an inner diameter of 5.5mm at the inlet and 6mm at the outlet. It can handle a flow rate of 80m³/h. It includes high and low-pressure oxygen gauges, with the high-pressure gauge ranging up to 25MPa and the low-pressure gauge ranging from 0 to 4MPa.
When the QD-1 is in use, turning the adjusting screw clockwise opens the decompression valve, allowing high-pressure oxygen to enter the low-pressure chamber, where it expands and reduces in pressure.
3. The SJ7-10 double-stage pressure reducer has an inlet joint nut thread size of G1/5.875mm, with an outer diameter of 7mm. The outlet diameter can be selected as 5mm or 9mm based on needs. The high-pressure gauge ranges from 0–25MPa, and the low-pressure gauge ranges from 0–4MPa.
