1. Application
The TSE-75 co-rotating double screw plastic extruder is ideal for a wide range of masterbatches and compound materials. It is suitable for:
- Intensified Compounds: PP, PA, PBT, ABS, AS, PC, POM, PPS, ETP + glass fiber, carbon fiber, etc.
- Filling Masterbatch: PE, PP, EVA + CaCO3, Talc, TiO2, Carbon black, etc.
- Color Masterbatch: PE, ABS, PS, EVA, PET, PP + pigment, etc.
- Various Cables: HDPE, LDPE, LLPE, EVA, PVC, PP, etc.
2. Features
The extruder's screws are made from high-quality tool steel (38 CrMoALA or W6Mo5Cr4V2) with special heat treatment, offering excellent corrosion resistance and performance. The Euro-style rectangular barrel features an optimized reflux cooling channel, reducing temperature differences in critical areas.
The heater design ensures efficient heat transfer and long service life. The barrel material is high-quality nitrided steel, resistant to corrosion and friction.
Various metering feeders are available, including single screw, twin screw, hollow screw, forced feeding, and side feeding. The parallel three-axis drive system enhances compactness and efficiency, with imported bearings for durability.
Lubrication systems combine soaking and spraying for smooth operation. The gear teeth are strengthened to ensure high torque, precision, and low noise. Drive components are made from high-quality alloy steel, hardened and ground for superior performance.
The control cabinet features a frame structure, with imported electrical elements, temperature control systems, and driving systems. The machine includes interlock and multi-protection functions, using an imported PLC (OMRON or SIMES) for precise process control. The touch screen interface is user-friendly and intuitive.
3. Pelletizing Line
The machine can be equipped with a strand pelletizing line or an air-cooled pelletizing line, depending on the application requirements.
