1. This machine is used to recycle scrapped copper wires and cables, such as automobile wires, telecommunication wires, and other types of copper wires, in order to recover copper.
2. The machine consists of a Crusher, Crushed Material Channel, Vibrating Separator, Air Blower, Dust Collector, and the Underbed, etc.
3. This Copper Wire Cable Granulator is specifically used to process various types of copper wires and cables, such as automobile electrical circuit wires and communication cables, and other unclassified cables that cannot be processed by wire-stripping machines.


Copper Wire Crushing and Separating Machine Working Principle:
1. The first crusher in the recycling plant crushes the wires/cables into 10-20mm length.
2. Using a conveyor, the crushed wires/cables are sent to the second crusher, which crushes them again into 3-5mm pieces of plastic and copper granules.
3. The mixture is sent to the vibration system. Through airflow and vibration, plastic pieces are separated from copper granules thoroughly.
4. Copper granules and plastic pieces exit the granulator through different outlets. Dust is collected by the dust collector via an air duct.

The spare parts of the machine are blades and screens, which have a service life of more than 2 years. We also provide blade sharpening machines for maintenance.
2. What's the longest continuous working time for the recycling machine?
Normally, it operates for 10 hours per day.
3. Is the machine easy to operate? How many workers are required to operate it?
We have designed a precise yet simple control system for the machine. For a single recycling machine, only one worker is needed. For a complete recycling line, two workers are required.
