It offers a copper separation rate of over 95%, making it an ideal choice for processing both single-core and multi-core cables, whether twisted, tangled, or with or without plugs.

This granulator consists of the grinding host machine, air flow sorting and collecting system, shaking parts, and a final dust collection bag or cyclone. It uses a dry production method, eliminating the need for water and promoting an environmentally friendly approach to recycling scrap copper wires.

2. Second Crushing: Crushes the material into smaller pieces (3-5 mm) before separation.
