The CZ- 0 42/ 150BZK self-controlled air compressor unit has been designed and modified by the original air compressor unit. It is specially designed for use with the 037 boat. After the previous two matching use, it found that there are several problems: (1) high fuel consumption, more fueling times, no automatic alarm capability when there is no oil; (2) water leakage of the pump, causing deterioration of lubricating oil and affecting lubrication performance; 3) The 14 7 M Pa high-pressure solenoid valve has a short life and affects the normal operation of the machine. This time, a major improvement and design was made for the problems that existed in the last two times, which greatly improved the automation degree of the air compressor.

1 improved method

(1) After careful analysis and experimentation, design a set of fuel-saving devices on the basis of the original, and at the same time, on the basis of not increasing the shape, a new device is designed to make the lubricating oil in the crankcase be powered by the oil pump. The designed rotor oil pump is pumped from the large fuel tank (the large fuel tank is designed inside the frame), and the oil pump is automatically controlled.

(2) The original rubber seal of the pump is changed to mechanical seal.

(3) The three-stage automatic venting of the 14 7 MPa high-pressure solenoid valve is changed to the manual venting at the end of the operation. Under normal operation, the air compressor does not need to be shut down, and the sewage is automatically drained by the first-stage solenoid valve. The structure of the first-stage solenoid valve was improved, and the normally open was changed to normally closed, and the discharge path of the solenoid valve was expanded. The improved first-stage solenoid valve can fully bear the normal sewage discharge of the air compressor.

2 results

After 24 h test: (1) The fuel consumption decreased from 70 g/h to 50 g/h, and the oil temperature dropped from 70 to 50. The oil was refueled once every 4 h, and now it can be refueled once every 24 h. The oil pump adopts the oil pressure control method to fully realize the automatic control. That is, if the oil pump is broken or the oil in the fuel tank is gone and the oil pressure is too low, it can automatically alarm and stop. It avoids the accident that the original lubricating oil does not cause the bearing bush to burn, and at the same time improves the lubrication and cooling performance of the machine, reduces the temperature of the lubricating oil, and reduces the inlet and outlet temperatures of the air compressor. This control method is still used for the first time on the marine high-pressure micro air compressor, which is much better than the liquid level alarm, because the liquid level cannot be alarmed normally under the condition that the ship is swaying.

(2) The problem of water leakage from the pump has been completely solved. It was originally a skeleton rubber seal. At a speed of 1 500 r/min, the rubber leaked after a period of motion. After redesigning, using mechanical sealing method, at the speed of 1 500 r / min, the two friction planes are sealed with porcelain material, and the roughness can reach the mirror surface requirement. The two contact planes in the pump, one with a static ring and one with a moving ring. The pump is directly driven by the air compressor crankshaft to be directly driven by the motor, so that if the external pipeline leaks, it will no longer appear.
