Technical requirements for the product :
1. The starting pressure of the product within the full range of travel must not exceed 0.1Mpa.
2. In any position of the product within the full stroke range, the internal leakage under the maximum working pressure Pmax must not exceed 10ml/min.
3, the product should ensure normal operation in the -40 °C ~ 100 °C conditions.
4. After the product has passed the full life test of 100,000 full strokes:
a. At any position within the full range of travel, the internal leakage under the maximum working pressure Pmax shall not exceed 20 ml/min;
b. Under the action of 1.5 times the maximum working pressure Pmax, there must be no permanent deformation and oil leakage;
c. The total amount of accumulated oil film on the piston rod is less than 150ml.

Test methods and acceptance rules :
1, the factory test
1 The factory test refers to the test performed by the manufacturer's product quality management department to check the product quality before leaving the factory.
2 After the product passes the factory test, it can leave the factory and it should be accompanied by a document that proves that the product is qualified.
3 The method and quantity of random inspection products shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions in GB 2828 "Sampling Procedures and Tables for Inspection by Lot Count".
2, type test
Type 1 test refers to a test that comprehensively examines the quality and performance of a product to determine whether the product meets design requirements.
2 Products that have been newly designed or have major changes and are transferred to the factory must be type-tested before mass production can be allowed.
3 The old product is subjected to a type test within the time specified by the competent authority. Only after passing the test can production be allowed to continue.
The number of products in the type 4 test shall not be less than 3, and all the qualified items of the project can be regarded as qualified in the type test.
5 After passing the type test, the competent authority shall issue a document that proves to be qualified.
