Twin Turbo Series Supercharger (TVS)
To meet the growing demand for more powerful, efficient, and eco-friendly engines, Eaton’s Twin Turbo Series (TVS) supercharger delivers improved performance and fuel economy in a compact design. Compared to previous models, the TVS offers about 20% higher efficiency, 75% greater thermal efficiency, and a pressure ratio 2.5 times higher.
The TVS uses a four-blade rotor that rotates 160 degrees, creating a high-speed intermeshing system that directly compresses air into the engine intake. This technology enhances power output without increasing engine size. Eaton superchargers are maintenance-free and have a service life comparable to the engine itself.
