In the spring of 2023, as the gentle breeze swept across the nation, the highly anticipated "Two Sessions" concluded on March 13th. Prior to the arrival of the reception vehicles, the Yuchai service team conducted thorough inspections of all engines involved. They identified and addressed any existing issues or potential risks, ensuring that every vehicle was in optimal condition for deployment. Due to the decentralized nature of the operation, the vehicles had to be carefully protected and kept ready at all times. Service staff worked around the clock, remaining on duty 24/7.
Vehicle maintenance was divided into two critical periods: one before the delegation left the Great Hall of the People and another after the meeting ended, when the vehicles returned to their respective hotels. Staff arrived an hour before departure to start the engines and check for any abnormalities. After the delegation safely reached the venue, they continued to monitor the vehicles and the drivers' conditions. Half an hour before the meeting ended, the engines were started again for a final check to ensure everything ran smoothly for the return journey.
Every evening, after completing the day’s tasks, the team met with the drivers personally to discuss the condition of each vehicle, conduct detailed inspections, and address any concerns. No issue was overlooked, and every detail was carefully checked to maintain the highest standards of quality.
