Simple polysulfide containing gold ore or gold - pyrite ore. In general, the mineral composition of this ore is simple, the content of pyrite is high, and the close relationship between gold and pyrite is the basic feature of the ore. In addition to pyrite ores, but also it may contain small amounts of brass ore, pyrrhotite, galena and other metallic minerals. The gangue minerals are mainly quartz and calcite . The pyrite content is 20% to 45%. It accounts for more than 90% of the total metal minerals. Process I is characterized by direct calcination of ore. Then cyanide treatment. This process is suitable for the production of small-scale, high-grade mines.
