With the increase in the amount of lubricating grease filling, the bearing temperature rises linearly. With the same amount of filling, the temperature rise of sealed bearings is higher than that of open bearings.

It is generally accepted that the grease filling capacity of sealed rolling bearings does not exceed 50% of the internal space. Shaw and Mokhtar's tests show that ball bearings are most suitable for 20%-30%, of course, in order to determine the optimum amount of grease filling Taking into account other factors, such as the harsh environment of the environment, can be filled with some oil, so as to have a better protection status.
