Oscillating Horizontal Blade Foam Cutting Machine With Revolving Table Foam cutting machine, the so-called foam cutting is a device for processing materials in the chemical industry such as foam and sponge. The high temperature of the laser machine is mainly used for cutting. Because the laser beam is thinly cut, it is not easy to deform, the incision is smooth, and there is no paste edge. The object can be rubber, glass, stainless steel, plastic, aluminum alloy, metal.China Upholstery Foam Cutting Machine,CNC Oscillating Blade Foam Cutting Machine supplier & manufacturer, offer low price, high quality Foam Sheet Cutter Machine,Large Foam Cutter, etc.China Upholstery Foam Cutting Machine,Cnc Oscillating Blade Foam Cutting Machine,Foam Sheet Cutter Machine Supplier. The machine can truly process a wide range of fabrics, the incision is smooth without flash, the automatic closing, no deformation, graphics can be freely designed by computer and other functions.Mainly used for the cutting of foam materials, it can cut rigid foam, soft foam, plastic into square, rectangle, strip, etc., and input any graphics into the computer for cutting. High cutting efficiency, accurate cutting size and high precision. The manufacturing industry is undergoing remarkable transformations. The global pandemic, along with subsequent economic volatility, has exposed vulnerabilities across the manufacturing ecosystem. Manufacturers have been pushed to adapt and rethink their supply chains in real-time. Coupled with rising consumer demands, a widening skills gap, and the rapid pace of technological change, these challenges have left many manufacturers feeling uncertain about the future.
Yet, despite these hurdles—or perhaps because of them—manufacturing continues to expand globally. Constraints often lead to innovation. Over the past few years, it's become clear that to seize this growth and remain competitive, manufacturers need to embrace digital technologies. The cloud, automation, and artificial intelligence (AI) present manufacturers with the chance to not just manage but thrive amid uncertainty.
At Autodesk, we’ve always been at the forefront of transformative technological shifts. Autodesk Fusion was launched a decade ago with the vision of uniting the fragmented product design and manufacturing processes, and we remain committed to realizing that vision. We’ve combined design, simulation, electronics, manufacturing, and factory operations into a seamless environment for businesses of all sizes. And our journey doesn’t stop here.
Last year, we unveiled our Fusion Industry Cloud for manufacturing. Built on our Design and Make Platform, this end-to-end, interconnected solution aims to unify people, data, technologies, and workflows from product design through manufacturing to shop floor operations.
**Fusion Industry Cloud: A Powerful Solution for Streamlining Entire Design and Manufacturing Workflows**
Fusion is revolutionizing how organizations design and manufacture by eliminating barriers caused by disjointed tools that hinder the flow of information across teams. For the first time, it integrates CAD, CAM, CAE, and PCB design capabilities while connecting PLM, PDM, and MES solutions. Fusion smooths processes throughout the entire product development and manufacturing lifecycle.
Traditionally, manufacturers relied on multiple tools during various stages of product development, necessitating numerous handoffs between teams. Fusion consolidates everything into one platform. Changes made in one workflow are instantly reflected everywhere. Nobody works with outdated models; everyone saves time and reduces stress.
At the core of Fusion lies Autodesk’s cloud-based data model, which makes this possible. By leveraging our cloud data model, customers can automate and streamline their workflows. Autodesk AI uses the same cloud data to eliminate repetitive tasks, freeing individuals for higher-value, creative work.
Currently, data flows between Revit and Inventor, Inventor and Fusion, and Inventor and AutoCAD. Moreover, our Autodesk Data Model APIs allow partners and third-party developers to build for Fusion as well.
**AI from the Design Studio to the Shop Floor**
Fusion continues to harness the power of AI for our customers across every stage of the product development lifecycle. It’s ingrained in our DNA. We were pioneers in introducing generative design for manufacturing in Fusion over six years ago. Now, we're unlocking new opportunities to automate repetitive processes, analyze shop floor operations, and enhance creativity using AI.

**Generative AI for Conceptual Design**
Recently, Autodesk acquired BlankAI, bringing us leading-edge generative AI technology that enhances the work of industrial designers. This allows them to create 3D concepts in mere milliseconds. Initially launching in our automotive design studio tools, this technology draws from a company’s historical archives to quickly generate new designs that build upon existing styles and guidelines.
**Automated Drawings**
One of the most time-consuming aspects of product design is documentation. This largely procedural, non-value-adding task can take up to 80% of a skilled engineer’s time. That’s no longer the case. By year-end, we’ll roll out Automated Drawings in Fusion to convert 3D models into fully dimensioned drawings with a single click.

**Automated Toolpaths**
Fusion streamlines data exchange with top-tier partners, enabling technologies to work together seamlessly. An example is the CloudNC add-in for AI-powered CNC toolpath automation. CloudNC users report up to 80% reduction in tool programming times.
**Expanding Functionality Through Partnerships and Acquisitions**
We’re thrilled to announce capabilities that boost Fusion’s value and refine design and manufacturing workflows.
**Cadence**: We’re collaborating with Cadence, the leader in electronic systems design tools, from integrated circuits to printed circuit boards. Our integration within the Autodesk Platform ecosystem connects Cadence’s PCB design capabilities directly to Fusion, enabling bidirectional data flow.
**Acquisition of FlexSim**: Autodesk has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire FlexSim, a provider of discrete event simulation technology that helps factory and logistics center operators optimize their production processes. FlexSim bridges factory design data and operational data, aiding in everything from planning and designing to constructing and operating a digital factory. Autodesk brings together expertise in factory operations, building design, and construction solutions.
**Configurations**
The robust new Configurations capabilities in Fusion enable the creation of multiple product variants early in the development cycle without the pain and overhead of managing multiple file versions. Each new configuration doesn’t generate a large, new file. Instead, changes are logged in a single cloud database, making them faster to load, easier to navigate, and simpler to manage.
**Rivian Gains Competitive Edge**
This innovative approach is already providing Rivian and similar companies with a competitive edge.

To create an entirely new vehicle, Rivian embraced a fresh design and manufacturing process. Besides using Fusion for rapid design and prototyping of parts and Autodesk Revit for facility design, Rivian combines Alias design tools with VRED’s virtual reality for an immersive design review experience among distributed teams.
Using the cloud to effortlessly connect data across an entire design and manufacturing organization boosts operational efficiency, enhancing agility, innovation, and creativity.
**An Increasingly Capable Fusion Offering**
Fusion is more capable and valuable than ever before.
We’re adjusting the pricing of Fusion and its extensions to reflect these added capabilities and customer feedback on the value of our offerings. Full details of these changes are available on the Fusion Blog. As always, you can count on us to ensure Fusion provides the best possible design and manufacturing solutions at unmatched value.
These are just some of the updates we’re sharing at AU. To see how we’re building the Fusion Industry Cloud to empower your manufacturing teams, I encourage you to join us for our keynotes, theater talks, and classes.
