This is from Erik Haak:

At 16:31 on a Friday afternoon, the Englewood Fire Alarm Office sent out a working fire response to 1650 W. 75th Place. Just three minutes later, at 16:34, Truck 50 confirmed a working fire in a 50x100 one-story ordinary commercial building. They immediately reported a possible truss roof and quickly called for the Still & Box. Battalion 20 took control of the scene, setting up a defensive operation with Engine 129 operating in Sector 1 and Tower Ladder 39 positioned in a lot to the east of the fire building. Squad 5 also used their snorkle on the parkway to the east. At 16:56, Engine 2-2-5 pulled a 2-11 alarm. Tower Ladder 34 was set up on the west side of the building, at the end of Paulina Street. The first photo in my series was taken nearly an hour after the fire started. The 2-11 alarm was officially canceled at 18:21, and crews remained on site until just before 20:00, continuing to search for hot spots and ensure the fire was fully under control.
