Seoul Semiconductor, the world-famous LED manufacturer, released a new 3030 LED (size 3.0mmX3.0mm) on June 10. The company has already started mass production of this product. Seoul Semiconductor's 3030 is different from other MidPowerLEDs, and its drive can reach 200mA, 1.3. W. The 3030 uses a reflective material made of a heat-resistant molding compound, which greatly increases the glass transition temperature and makes it safe to use at high temperatures.
