Zhang Jianqun, the vice chairman of Dazu Laser, said that last year, the company's LED sapphire substrate cutting equipment achieved nearly 100 million yuan in revenue, and this part of the business was very good at the beginning of this year. In the first quarter, there were already orders close to half of last year's total, and the overall demand of the industry was large. It is expected to have high growth throughout the year. Foreign silicon-based GaN is ready for some overseas companies to mass produce silicon-based GaN LEDs (GaN-on-Si). At the end of May, Plesss Semiconductor Co., Ltd. announced that it has ordered CRIUS II-XLMOCVD equipment manufactured by Axon for the production of silicon-based nitriding LEDs.
