Beijing time January 14, 2015 News, Royal Dutch Shell Company stated that the company has obtained official approval from the U.S. government and will export micro-treated light crude oil to other countries. This move helped clear the way for the expansion of US shale oil exports. It is reported that Shell has been working with the US Department of Commerce’s Bureau of Industry and Security, which is responsible for export controls, to understand in detail the requirements for the transportation of condensate to other countries. After approval, Shell will start exporting condensate oil. According to the BIS guidelines issued on December 30, 2014, the condensate oil can be used as a refined petroleum product export.
