General Requirements for Design and Technical Requirements Based on the supplied feed parameters, heat source conditions and product requirements, the bidders designed the ammonium sulphate product drying system in accordance with a vibrating fluidized bed dryer. The entire system requires simple structure, layout and installation according to the final layout, convenient operation and maintenance, and long-term stable operation.

The drying system is arranged in the ammonium sulfate plant. Bidders are required to provide a complete system diagram of the drying process.

The entire system is required to be completely sealed and no dust is emitted during production.

The bidder shall ensure that the performance parameters of the drying system proposed by the bid solicitor are met, and that it can operate safely for a long period of time under the aforementioned design and operating conditions. The system can operate stably and satisfy the product within a range of 30 to 110% of the given value of 3.2. Quality requirements.

Drying system and its auxiliary equipment have good performance and reasonable operation and operation mode. Under normal circumstances, no on-site operation is required. All equipment can be controlled in the control room.

Drying systems and their associated equipment, including foundations and bearings, can withstand the effects of seismic forces in the area where the system is installed. The bidder shall prove to the bid solicitor that the equipment can withstand and maintain the structural integrity under the action of earthquakes designed for seismic intensity.

The design of the system takes into consideration the simultaneous action of centrifugal force, pressure, thermal stress, seismic force, and dead weight and thermal insulation weight under stable and unstable conditions.

The bidder shall ensure that the noise at a point 1 meter away from the edge of the dryer's host equipment is not more than 85dB (A), and the fan noise complies with national standards.

The total annual operating time of the dryer shall not be less than 8,000 hours. For the equipment with an annual operating time of less than 8,000 hours, the bidder shall take measures to increase the equipment used for the equipment and increase the spare parts.

Vibrating Fluidized Bed Dryer Technical Requirements The vibrating fluidized bed dryer uses 316L stainless steel in contact with wet materials, such as distribution plate material 316L, and 304 stainless steel in contact with dry material. This material is the minimum requirement but does not exempt the bidder. Responsibility for the correct choice of materials, bidders choose the right materials based on the material parameters provided by the bidders to ensure the 30-year service life of the dryer.

Vibrating fluidized bed dryers require convenient manual cleaning after the material moisture is too high and the material sticks to the wall.

The dryer must be designed with the necessary reinforcement and support. No severe vibrations occur during operation.

Screw Conveyor Technology Requirements 316L is required for the screw conveyor and material contact portion.

The feeder length of spiral feeder is tentatively set to 3.0~3.5m. The final length should be determined according to the final layout.

The bidders shall design the diameter of the screw conveyor according to the input parameters provided by the bid so as to ensure that the input volume fluctuates within the range of 30 to 110%, and the screw conveyor can operate stably when the input water content fluctuates within 3-5%. No clogging and corrosion. Screw conveyors provide flushing devices and related interface pipes and valves.

The specific position of the inlet of the screw conveyor is determined by the tendering party according to the final arrangement.

Screw conveyor design fixed support bracket, stable operation without shaking, no abnormal noise. Spiral conveyor idle running 2h, bearing temperature rise is less than 20 °C.

The annual use time of screw conveyor is not less than 7200 hours. Before the first major repair, the cumulative working time is not less than 30,000 hours.

Cooler (to ensure that the material temperature of the packaging machine is below 55°C) Technical requirements (if required)

The system is required to set up a vibrating fluidized bed cooler. The cooler outlet material temperature is below 55°C.

Vibrating bed cooler material requirements are as follows: Air distribution plate is 304, other carbon steel.

The vibratory bed cooler is used for no less than 7200 hours per year. Before the first major repair, the cumulative working time is not less than 30,000 hours.

The precipitator technology requires a cyclone outlet at the dryer outlet.

The cyclone dust treatment volume should be matched with the dryer system, and the cyclone dust collector dust removal efficiency should be ≥90-95%.

Cylindrical dust collector and material contact parts use 304 or more materials.

The cyclone dust collector has a service life of 30 years.

The fan technology requires the fan output to match the dryer and cooler.

The fan inlet is equipped with a damper and the inlet and outlet are set with the necessary soft connections.

The annual usage time of the fan is not less than 7200 hours. Before the first major repair, the cumulative working time is not less than 30,000 hours.

Other Equipment Technical Requirements Gravity unloader The cyclone outlet is unloaded using a gravity unloader.

The unloader material is 304.

The material requirements of the wind pipe in the pipeline system are as follows: From the outlet of the hot air blower, cooler, to the drier, to the inlet of the induced draught fan, 304 is used in contact with the material (including the pipes before and after the cyclone dust collector), and other pipes are made of carbon steel.

The duct of the induced draft fan to the desulfurization tower is made of fiberglass, which is not included in the scope of supply. The bidder provides the interface size.

Electrical requirements The motor must use a Jiamusi brand low-voltage asynchronous motor. The requirements of the motor are shown in Appendix A.

The load does not need to configure the control cabinet. The control of the motor is controlled by the bidder, and the bidder puts forward the control requirements.

The instrument bidders proposed that the supply of instruments must be consistent with the bidders (domestic first-line brands) and that the electrical interface be NPT1/2 or NPT1.
