At present, the Graphite Industry Association has drafted the "Graphite industry standard access conditions framework." This framework starts with 32 aspects, making the newly involved graphite companies and graphite companies that have been formed but no energy-saving, emission-reducing and deep-processing technologies deterred. The access conditions for the graphite industry have been insisted and advocated by the graphite industry association for several years. The voices of the industry's enterprises in the past two years have become increasingly demanding. The industry's standard introduction may bring benefits to the company. Interview.

According to Kuang Zhixiang, an old expert in the graphite industry, China is a large country of graphite. With the continuous expansion of graphite applications, in recent years, as long as there are graphite areas, companies have digging ink mining, not only created a situation of indiscriminate mining. Waste of resources and destruction of the environment, and these small businesses that are dug up indiscriminately, are also selling at very low prices, disrupting the normal order of the graphite market and allowing graphite companies to compete in a price war. The reason is mainly that the industry has no access threshold.

Han Yufeng, Chairman of Aoyu Graphite Group Co., Ltd. stated: “Under the circumstances that there has been no industry standard, the company is currently experiencing difficulties. Not only is the deep processing project more difficult, but the company has also been affected by price, and it is difficult to guarantee profits and benefits. Industry standards, the rational allocation of resources for deep processing projects already on hand, will ensure normal production and rapid development of the company. The company's graphite industry chain can be scaled up and realize the desire to build China's graphite valley."

The graphite industry has experienced price wars because there are no industry standards, and it has caused regular industry players to be "injured." At this point, Sun Yahui, general manager of Haojun Industrial Co., Ltd. in Wulatezhongqi, Inner Mongolia, has a say. She said: “The proven reserves of graphite in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region are 300-400 million tons. Our company has always insisted on the principle of rational planning and standardization of mining, and has laid a good foundation for the extension of the industrial chain. At present, there is no formal one. Industry access conditions make our mature companies very passive. Because of low-cost indiscriminate exploitation and low-price sales, the price war causes companies to lose profits and the state to reduce taxes.

She also stated that if there are industry standards and access conditions, all companies that run graphite develop on a starting line, then the market price of graphite will be stable, and companies will be better able to invest in deep processing to produce high-end graphite products. It will enable the entire graphite industry to achieve healthy and rapid development.

Not only these two graphite companies have been plagued by price wars. Wang Qinghai, general manager of Heilongjiang Aosime Energy Technology Co., Ltd., also believes that in the current boom in the graphite industry, companies are expanding their production, mostly for immediate benefit. From the perspective of long-term interests, graphite companies must achieve the goal of high technical equipment, high process flow, high environmental protection standards, and long enterprise industrial chain. They must raise the threshold and establish industry standards and access conditions.

Wang Qinghai said: “For graphite companies that want to prepare projects, they have to restrict the conditions. The graphite concentrators that have already started production must also limit their output, and they must not allow unlimited production growth. At the same time, the government should allocate resources as soon as possible for enterprises that have already engaged in deep processing projects. The deep-processing enterprises have the resources to ensure that they can quickly reach production, scale development, and increase the added value of products. Only by regulating the conditions, can we take the brand road and better protect the national resources. At the same time, the formulation of industry standards is far from our For the purpose, we need to be in line with the foreign graphite industry and align with international industry standards."

And Wang Qinghai empathizes with Yue Xinqing, general manager of Hubei Yichang Xincheng Graphite Co., Ltd. He suggested that the Ministry of Land and Resources should increase the management level of large graphite mineral resources. For those projects with small reserves, the development and utilization programs of local certification companies must be reviewed and documented by a central-level association expert group; funding for original innovative enterprises should be provided. And policy support, such as resource allocation and tax tilt; support for environmental protection, innovation and purification technology, we must establish a demonstration base for industrialization, and do a good job in science and technology strategic development planning. However, these preconditions are to improve the access conditions for resources, strictly control the qualifications for enterprise development, greatly increase industry entry barriers, and ensure that no new graphite resources are used during the “12th Five-Year Plan” period. At the same time, it is necessary to encourage the development and integration of state-owned and private-owned systems, and to avoid the restructuring of the original state-owned system.
