The production cycle of a single piece is 1.5 minutes per piece. The production line alarms after cutting a given number of workpieces, prompting the operator to replace the blade, thereby reducing the reject rate and ensuring product quality.
The gantry robot automatically recognizes and holds the workpiece from the circulation and feeding mechanism, flips it over, and automatically recognizes whether there is a workpiece in the machine tool. When there is no workpiece, the workpiece is accurately placed in the fixture of the machine to avoid mistakes on the workpiece and the machine crashes. The large-flow coolant circulation system automatically adjusts the pressure and discharges the chips, and adopts coarse and fine two-channel filtration, which greatly reduces the operating cost of the system coolant.
