These efforts have led to significant breakthroughs, resulting in a comprehensive set of technologies tailored for unconsolidated sandstone reservoirs. According to the researchers, the fracturing filling tool developed by the institute effectively addresses the challenges of sand control in long well sections. It not only helps with gravel packing but also allows for quality verification and secondary sand filling if needed. The newly developed end sanding process optimizes fracture length and width, enhancing overall effectiveness. Additionally, the real-time monitoring and interpretation system for sand control operations enables pre-construction fracture testing, real-time display of construction parameters, and dynamic tracking of crack propagation during the process. After the operation, it also supports post-filling quality assessment, ensuring reliable and efficient sand control outcomes.
