Use caution

1. For the first installation or reassembled wire rope electric hoist, you should perform the no-load operation first, but make sure that the components are installed and do not have electricity.

2. Before the normal use, it shall be carried out with 125% of the rated load, lifting about 100 mm off the ground, 10 minutes of static load test, and check whether it is normal.

3, dynamic load test is the rated load weight, for repeated lifting and left and right movement test, after the test to check the mechanical transmission part, electrical parts and connecting parts are normal and reliable.

4. In use, it is absolutely forbidden to use in the environment that is not allowed, and when the rated load and the number of closing times per hour (120 times) are exceeded.

5, installation and commissioning and maintenance, must strictly check whether the limit device is flexible and reliable, when the hook rises to the upper limit position, the distance from the hook shell to the drum shell must be greater than 50mm (10t, 16t, 20t must be greater than 120mm). When the hook is lowered to the lower limit position, the safety wire rope should be secured on the drum. The effective safety ring must be more than 2 turns.

11. Standards for scrapping steel wire ropes: Inspection and scrapping standards for steel wire ropes shall be implemented in accordance with CB/T5972-1986 "Practical Code for Inspection and Disposal of Wire Ropes Used in Hoisting Machinery".

12. The electric hoist must maintain enough lubricating oil and keep the lubricating oil clean. It should not contain impurities and dirt.

13. When using steel wire rope for oiling, use a bristle brush or a wooden piece, it is forbidden to use the hand directly to oil the working steel wire rope.

14. When the electric hoist is not working, it is not allowed to suspend heavy objects in the air to prevent permanent deformation of the parts.

15. In the course of use, if a fault is found, the main power should be cut off immediately.
