According to the company's arrangement, non-explosion-proof cameras will be used underground in Pingshu Company. In order to ensure smooth operation, the following safety measures are formulated.

1. The location of the underground shooting must be carried out according to the prescribed route. Before the shooting, adequate preparations should be made to organize the shooting equipment.

2. Before the filming, the construction unit must arrange the environment of the construction site. At the same time, the air duct is connected to ensure that the gas does not exceed the limit. The shooting location should be connected to the ventilation dispatching room and ensure the communication is smooth. Before the camera personnel enter each camera area, they must first ask the dispatching room whether the current gas and other conditions in the area allow non-explosion-proof equipment to enter. After that, the inspectors of the area must be accompanied by the whole process, and the gas condition should be checked at any time. Once the gas exceeds 0.5%, the area is immediately withdrawn.

3. The underground construction site will arrange a special person to prepare two fire extinguishers.

4. All shooting locations are inspected by the on-site construction department for adequate watering and dust removal before shooting.

5. Before shooting, the flammable and explosive materials should be cleaned within 20 meters of the shooting site, and the location of inflammable materials cannot be removed. It must be fully sprinkled within 20 meters.

6. When shooting, the photographer should not shoot at random, and shoot outside the permitted range. The shooting point must be away from combustibles.

7. The shooting equipment must be designated by a special person to manage the touch points of the flash before shooting.

8. When shooting downhole, the shooting of each point should be carried out in order, and no more points can be taken at the same time. Each work site must be shot intensively when shooting, and the one-time shooting is completed.

9. The shooting lane, diverticulum or working surface must be well-maintained. When shooting, the shooting area stops all work unrelated to shooting.

10. During the downhole shooting process, the ventilation dispatch room must be reported before each transfer point.

11. All photographers are not allowed to touch the handles of the switch and power supply along the way, and it is strictly forbidden to shoot near the switch and power supply.

This measure does not mention the place in strict accordance with the "coal mine safety regulations" and the relevant provisions of the company.

Die casting is a Aluminium or Zinc metal casting process that is characterized by forcing nolten metal under high pressure into a die mold cavity. The mold cavity is created using two hardened tool steel dies which have been machined into shape and work similarly to an injection mould during the process. Most die castings are made from non-ferrous metals, specifically zinc, copper, aluminium, magnesium, lead, pewter, and tin-based alloys. Depending on the type of metal being cast, a hot- or cold-chamber machine is used.

The casting equipment and the metal dies represent large capital costs and this tends to limit the process to high-volume production. Manufacture of parts using die casting is relatively simple, involving only four main steps, which keeps the incremental cost per item low. It is especially suited for a large quantity of small- to medium-sized castings, which is why die casting produces more castings than any other casting process. Die castings are characterized by a very good surface finish (by casting standards) and dimensional consistency.
