(1) Partial load adjustment

For example: When the output of the L/C-1 sensor drops, a set of trimming resistors related to L/C-1 (the original value is 10 ohms) are rotated to the left with the same amount of rotation.
Rotate clockwise (clockwise) to decrease the resistance value and increase the apparent value (recorded as "plus");
Rotate counterclockwise (counterclockwise) to add the resistance value and the resulting value decreases (denoted as "minus").
Note: When rotating the trimmer resistors, if the rotation of each group is not common, the adjustment will become difficult. Therefore, the rotation of each set of trimmer resistors of the sensor should be as common as possible. The absolute value of each commitment is not more than 10g is qualified.
(2) Weighing adjustment
The weighing adjustment is carried out in accordance with the process of calibrating the weighing controller. During the inspection, from zero to the maximum point, the weights shall be added in the order of 0kg, 40kg, 70kg, 90kg, 100kg. The error shall not be greater than 10g, 20g, 35g, 45g, 50g; from the maximum value to the zero point. The weights were reduced in the order of 100 kg, 90 kg, 70 kg, 40 kg, and 0 kg, and the errors were not greater than their respective tolerances.
