At present, the processing cost of the beneficiation process is more than 200 yuan/ton, but it can ensure that about 20% of the phosphate rock can be selected to more than 32%, thus opening up a new way for the comprehensive utilization of low-grade phosphate rock in Yichang. Resources play an important role in realizing the sustainable development of the phosphorus chemical industry in Hubei Province and even the whole country. The successful commissioning of the plant can completely eliminate the traditional mining method of “harvesting and abandoning poverty” during the phosphate mining process. Yihua Group will make full use of this proprietary technology to build 3 million tons/year high-concentration phosphate compound fertilizer in Yichang.
