The dirt in the spring pipe joint is excessively deposited and blocked; 4. The spring pipe is cracked; 5. The center tooth and the fan tooth wear Too much to mesh.

Third, the pressure indication error is not uniform. Causes: 1. The spring tube fails to deform; 2. The free end of the spring tube and the sector gear are adjusted improperly.

Fourth, the pressure gauge pointer jump or sluggish phenomenon. Causes: 1. The pointer collided with the surface glass or scale; the center gear shaft was bent; 3. The two gears were contaminated; 4. The movable screw between the connecting rod and the fan gear was not flexible.

5. After the pressure is removed, the pointer cannot be restored to zero. Causes: 1. Pointer bending; 2. Short spring force; 3. Loose hands; 4. Drive gear has friction.

Sixth, the transmission ratio is misaligned.

Seven, the pressure gauge indicates low. Reasons: 1. Improper gear ratio; 2. Spring tube leaking; 3. Pointer or transmission mechanism has friction; 4. Pressure guiding pipeline leaks.

Eight, the pointer cannot indicate the upper limit scale. Reasons: 1. Small transmission ratio; 2. Improper positioning of the movement on the base; 3. Improper welding position of the spring tube.
